Elements Checklist end of sales


We have decided to archive Elements Checklist. As of March 1, 2022, the app won't be available for new purchase and on March 1, 2023 renewals will end.

If you currently use or are evaluating Elements Checklist, you should prepare for this change and plan any first purchase before March 1, 2022 or last renewal before March 1, 2023.


We will continue to support all our Elements Checklist customers for maintenance bought through March 1, 2024. If you are unsure of the maintenance you have purchased, you can contact our support team.


FAQ

What will happen to my data after March 1, 2022?

Your Elements Checklist data will still be available in your issues after the end of sales. On premise Jira users (Server or Data Center hosting) will conserve their data forever, however Jira Cloud users should create a plan for Q2 2024 when Elements plans on disabling access to our app servers.

How will Elements Checklist appear in Jira once my license expires?

On premise Jira users (Server or Data Center hosting) will not see any change and will be able to continue using Elements Checklist, even after the license expires. Jira Cloud users will not have access to the app if your license expires, but Cloud users who renew before the app is archived March 1, 2023 will be able to continue using the app until March 1, 2024.

How long will Elements still provide support for Elements Checklist?

Elements will continue supporting Elements Checklist until March 1, 2024 by fixing bugs, making sure the app is compatible with new Jira versions, and of course keeping high security standards. In order to benefit from this support, you should renew your license before March 1, 2023.

How do I prepare for the app archival?

To replace Elements Checklist, we encourage you to browse all the alternative apps for building checklists in Jira on the Atlassian Marketplace. If you would like to export your current data, on premise users (Server or Data Center) can use a Java API to export an HTML version of a Checklist panel. Additional options, including a solution for Cloud customers will be communicated soon.

I need a different version of Elements Checklist Server/Data Center and my license is still valid. What do I do?
