Managers can use Elements Checklist to track expense reports submitted by their team.
Everything is setup to let the employee track all the required information:
- Expense type
- Amount (in both original and local currency)
Amounts are converted to the local currency, totals are automatically computed, managers can approve expenses one by one.
Follow your employees onboarding process
Let's say you are managing your new employees' onboarding process. You are already using Elements Checklist to list these tasks, but you are tired of always typing the same information:

Wouldn't it be much better if you could automate this?
Our solution : use Elements Checklist 's templates to prefill tasks you need to do according to a specific employee role.
Software development team can use Elements Checklist to split a Story in tasks.
In this example, the developer is asked to enter an estimate for each task.
When a task is complete, the Remaining column is updated.
With this simple layout, Product Owners describe the expected behaviour of a Story by writing test scenarios with the Behaviour Driven Development method.
Order of material
With Elements Checklist, IT Managers can track material order.
When a manager needs new material for his team, within a single issue he can build his purchasing list:
Then, the IT manager can complete the list by setting a unit price for each material - totals are automatically computed - and then the manager can give the final approval.
As Elements Checklist panels are fully searchable in JQL, thus it is possible to build dashboard to track expenses per global amount or to add constraint to the workflow.
