DATA STORAGE

Before the 29th of December 2020, all the content handled by our applications was stored directly into Atlassian servers. Then, we have decided to move to another strategy as security is part of top priorities for our company,

New content is now stored in our own database provided by AWS and located in North Virginia, USA. It respects governance leading by authentication and permissions to read and/or write.

PEOPLE AND ACCESS

Our application has limited access to customer data and such access is programmatically negotiated during the add-on installation, following Atlassian Connect protocols, including public/private key based authentication. The application is only using the information required for providing our services and only data generated by our applications may be temporarily retained by our applications for caching and synchronisation purposes.

Our application is designed to allow application data to be accessible only with appropriate credentials, such that one customer cannot access another customer’s data.

Our support team has access to our application and may access customer configuration data for the health monitoring, performing system or maintenance of the application. The process includes a customer request in among. Otherwise, there is no additional exploitation of our customer data.

THIRD PARTIES

To host this application, Elements uses Amazon, a leading cloud platform as a service provider.
