Thanks for your trust in our app: it's the reason our team works to make Elements Connect the de-facto standard for bringing external data into Jira
With this message, we want to inform you that new IP addresses of our servers will be added on October 18th.
If you have configured your database to allow our IPs so that Elements Connect can access your datasource, please read carefully.
If you have allowlisted our previous IPs, please read carefully.
If you have not allowlisted our IPs, you can disregard this email.
Why this change?
As a Gold Markeplace Vendor, we want to make sure we provide the best user experience and that starts by making sure we deliver a secured and well performing app. We are part of the Cloud Security Program, but we want to go further and prepare for the future so we made some design changes in our app architecture.

By , you should have allowed the following IP addresses (in addition to the 2 existing ones):
52.45.65.15
3.223.15.246
They will be added to the existing ones (52.23.37.176 and 52.22.231.96).
