Most of the configuration of Elements Connect is made by users with the Zendesk admin role, from the Elements Connect administration section.
In this section, Zendesk admins can configure datasources and datasets. It is recommended to read this section if you are a Zendesk administrator.
The sync fields will link the dataset result to your custom tickets fields values.
