To install the Elements Connect for Zendesk app

  1. In Zendesk Support, select Admin > Apps > Marketplace, then find the Elements Connect for Zendesk app and click the icon.

    Alternatively, go directly to https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/Elements-Connect

  2. Click Install.
  3. On the Installation page, enter your payment information. Elements Connect price is 3$ per agent, per month.
  4. You can now start your trial period. You can skip the trial period at any moment and get Elements Connect full features.
  5. Enter a new Title, if you'd like.
  6. Click Enable role restrictions if you'd like to limit app access to specific roles, then select a role.

    You can select multiple roles.

    We strongly recommend you to limit the usage of Elements Connect for Zendesk to Administrators only.
  7. Click Enable group restrictions if you'd like to limit app access to specific groups, then select a group.

    You can select multiple groups.

  8. Click Install.

    Elements Connect for Zendesk app is added. To start using the app, see Using Elements Connect for Zendesk app.
