6.9.1 Release note

This version fixes 5 bugs:

CO-3620 - Issues not visible in the Issue navigator when visibility is restricted by a Connect field (Jira 8)
CO-3845 - The type of Snapshot Text fields specified in the /createmeta response should be a string and not an array
CO-3711 - Non admin users cannot use the Elements Connect REST API
CO-3850 - Connect "Live text" fields should not be selectable for project permissions
CO-3851 - Legacy Connect field should return fields options for /createmeta when option is selected
