Connection and read timeout on LDAP & SQL datasources

Performance is critical for us, for that reason it is now possible to configure an optional timeout on LDAP and SQL datasources.
Read the documentation to learn more about this feature.

This version also fixes 2 bugs:

• CO-3781 Label custom fields return a Velocity error when they are empty

• CO-3896 Since Jira 8.6, the Table editor is no longer properly displayed in a JSM portal
