/createmeta compatibility improvement and bug fixes

This version improves the compatibility with the /createmeta Jira endpoint. From now on, the /createmeta endpoint will return all field options even if "Max suggestions" parameter is set on the field. It makes more sense as the autocomplete feature might not be available on all external services using this API. See CO-3821 and have a look at the documentation for more details.

We have also fixed 2 bugs:

• CO-3813 - Getting "403 Forbidden" when connecting to some URL datasources when the "User-Agent" header is not configured
• CO-3653 - Configuration tester is broken in the display tab if a field name contains ' or " or if it's translated
