Symptoms

One of your Elements Connect field, configured to work with an Oracle database datasource does not work any more.

Cause

Since Jira 7.8, the Oracle driver is not bundled with Jira any more ( see Preparing for JIRA 7.8)

Resolution

You need to download and install the Oracle driver. Follow the link to Oracle web site to download the driver.

Then follow the instructions at Database datasource to know how to add the driver to your classpath.
