Step 1 - Create the escalation fields mapping

1 - Go the global administration menu > Add-ons > Elements Copy & Sync configuration.

2 - Add a field mapping by going to the Fields mapping tab > Add > Local JIRA:

Create mapping to escalate issue on behalf of

3 - Configure the Fields mapping:

Escalate issues on behalf of field mapping

Choose a meaningful name for your field mapping, e.g. ISD Incident > TIOT Task
Map each source field with the corresponding target field.

4 - Save configuration.
