Additional fields

This feature solves a well-known issue for Jira Service Management portal request. It allows project admins to configure read-only issue fields to be shown on the customer’s portal.

It’s available for overviews in Jira Service Management projects.

With this option, fields that are not on the request creation screen could be displayed on the portal when populated.
