Issue display conditions
You can choose to display the overview only on relevant issues by configuring a simple JQL condition :
In this example, overviews will only be displayed on issues of type Bug
Overview display context
Overviews can be displayed in different areas on the issue (or request in Jira Service Management projects):
Jira Software and Agent view
- Issue details (the new Glance view experience)
- Issue panel (under native Jira sections)
- Issue activity (in a dedicated tab)
JSM Portal
- Request panel (the right part of a request)
- Request details (under native Jira sections)
You can select one location type per overview
