Because Connected items are not custom fields, their behavior is slightly different.
This section explain the interaction Jira users can have with Connect items.
On Jira Software and Work Management:
- Users can view and edit Connected items from the Issue view
On Jira Service Management:
- Customers can edit and view Connected items from the portal like they would do for a regular Jira field
- Agents can also view and edit Connected items from the Issue view
Elements Connect is also compatible with the official Atlassian apps (available on iOs, Mac and Android).
