End user guide

Because Connected items are not custom fields, their behavior is slightly different.
This section explain the interaction Jira users can have with Connect items.

On Jira Software and Work Management:

  • Users can view and edit Connected items from the Issue view

On Jira Service Management:

  • Customers can edit and view Connected items from the portal like they would do for a regular Jira field
  • Agents can also view and edit Connected items from the Issue view

Elements Connect is also compatible with the official Atlassian apps (available on iOs, Mac and Android).
