How does Cloud pricing for Elements Connect work?
Elements Connect for Jira Cloud is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You're eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

To summarize, if you have 10 users or less licensed for your Jira Cloud instance, you will not be charged at all to use Elements Connect for Jira Cloud. If you have more than 10 users, you'll be charged per user amount based on the user tier. You can use this Cloud Pricing Calculator provided by Atlassian to easily calculate the cost of apps based on your user tier.
How is annual Cloud pricing calculated?
Annual Cloud pricing is calculated on a tiered basis (just like the monthly per-user Cloud pricing). Note that by choosing an annual subscription, you're automatically granted a discount as you are only charged for 10 months of the year, rather than 12 months if you were to subscribe on a monthly basis.
Can I trial Elements Connect for free before purchasing it?
Elements offers a fully functional free 30 day trial of Elements Connect for Jira Cloud to companies who wish to try our product. Once this trial period is over, the cost of the app will automatically be included in your next bill unless manually deactivated via the Manage Apps page under the Jira Administration menu.
How to upgrade to Advanced edition?
The Advanced edition also offers a 30-day trial.
If you start an Advanced trial while you’re on a Standard paid edition, you continue to pay for Standard while you are on the Advanced trial.
If you're on an annual billing cycle, you'll need to contact your Customer Advocate to upgrade.
To upgrade to the Advanced edition of Elements Connect:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
In the section Site Settings, select Connected Apps, and View app details for Elements Connect.
Under Advanced edition available, select Try Advanced.
If you want to directly change your plan:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Go to the Billings section, select Manage on the action tab for Element Connect.
In Subscription details, select Change plan.
