Symptoms
You have configured at least one Connected item on a JSM portal, and you can select a value for this item when creating a new request. After creating the request, the Connected item is not displayed and an error message is displayed instead.
Cause
Elements Connect relies on user's permission to populate its items.
Moreover, another project role (atlassian-addons-project-access) is needed for Elements Connect to work, for different permissions.
Resolution
You must add the project role atlassian-addons-project-access (automatically created by Jira) to the two following permissions:

Service Project Agent
