User management

Only Jira administrators can install Elements Pulse.
However, it is crucial that other groups can access the application, in order to access surveys results, analyze improvements or set new goals. For this reason, the application is available in the app menu of JSM.

However, you need to make sure users are in a group allowed to access the application. For that, you’ll need to go to the Settings sections, and scroll down to the User management part. All groups of all projects selected will be presented here. Select one to give them access to Elements Pulse.
