This page provides you with a comprehensive view of all services available on the Customer Portal as well as key details such as portal groups, request volumes, statuses, and the latest update dates for each of the request types on offer.
The Service Catalog is updated daily between 1:00 and 2:00 am (based on your Jira instance’s time zone) in order to accurately reflect the current Jira Service Management Customer Portal.
Service Catalog table
Elements Catalyst allows Service Owners to enhance service metadata by adding information such as service owner, cost, or price directly from the Service Catalog table. You can access service details (information, change history and usage analytics) and additional features by clicking them.
Filters
You can filter the Service Catalog by Portal Group, Service Owner and Status.
