This page provides you with a comprehensive view of all services available on the Customer Portal as well as key details such as portal groups, request volumes, statuses, and the latest update dates for each of the request types on offer.

The Service Catalog is updated hourly in order to accurately reflect the current Jira Service Management Customer Portal.
Any changes in the JSM project configuration will be synchronized in the app within the following hour.
Service Catalog table
Elements Catalyst allows Service Owners to enhance service metadata by adding information such as service owner, cost, or price directly from the Service Catalog table. You can access service details (information, change history and usage analytics) and additional features by clicking them.
Filters
You can filter the Service Catalog by Portal Group, Service Owner and Status.
