Historical data retrieval

Second step of analysis scope configuration gives you the opportunity to choose the time range on which the analysis will be based.

For a deeper analysis, we recommend you choose to analyse data from the first day your project was created. This will help you find seasonal effects and gain in-depth comprehension of your IT support.

Elements Pulse will not access data prior to the time range you’ve selected. However, the application will continue retrieve your data on a daily basis to keep you up to date on your latest requests.
