Elements Catalyst can be installed from either the Atlassian Marketplace or directly within a Jira Cloud instance with Jira Service Management (JSM) installed.
Installing from the Atlassian Marketplace

Visit the Elements Catalyst page on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Click the Try it free button.

Under Cloud, click Get it now.

Select the Jira instance where you want to install Elements Catalyst and click Install app.

Once redirected to your Jira instance, click Get it now to complete the installation.
Installing from a Jira Cloud Instance

Open the Jira instance where you want to install Elements Catalyst.

In the top menu, navigate to Apps > Find new apps.

Search for "Elements Catalyst".

Click on Elements Catalyst from the search results.

Click Get app, then confirm by clicking Get it now.
