Migrating to Jira Cloud

Elements Connect is compatible with JCMA!

If you are using Jira 10 on Data Center, you can use our JCMA Migration tool to migrate your Elements Connect values from Data Center to Cloud, since Elements Connect Data Center v7.4.1.

For customers using Jira 9 or Jira 11, this will be released soon.
Please contact our Support team to get Early Access Program of our Migration tool for these versions.

Elements is working closely with Atlassian to provide the best possible experience for customers migrating from Server / Data Center to Cloud. We’re continually improving functionality, performance and security for Elements Connect on Cloud, and the app has been Cloud Fortified since 2022.

What is Cloud Fortified?

We participate in Atlassian’s bug bounty, ensure performance at scale by automated infrastructure deployment and load testing, and respond within 1 day (24 hours) to critical customer support issues, 5 days a week. This migration guide details the steps you need to take to migrate Elements Connect data.
