What is your app trial policy for Cloud?
You can try Elements Connect on Cloud for 30 days. If you questions about your evaluation period, contact our support team.
Is it possible to migrate the fields (data and configuration) using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA)?
Elements Connect values can be migrated directly with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Elements Connect custom fields will also be created on Jira Cloud.
However, data sources and fields need to be manually configured on Jira Cloud.

What are the main differences between the app’s functions in DC/server vs Cloud?
Check out the “Migration Planning” section as well as the Feature Parity comparison to understand the differences as you migrate.
It’s very important to perform the “Migration Planning” ahead of time to be well prepared for your migration.
How can I know if I can reproduce my Server/DC use case on Cloud?

Can we connect to an Azure SQL database to fetch data?
Yes Microsoft Azure SQL database is supported by Elements Connect Cloud. See our documentation to learn more about the SQL databases.
