Clicking the Experience score card on the Dashboard takes you deeper into the data behind the number, down to individual surveys, questions, and tickets.
Level 1: Score overview
Clicking the Experience score card opens a dedicated page with two tabs: Overview (open by default) and Surveys, which lists every surveys.
The Dashboard's filter bar carries over (Space, User Group, Organisation, Request Type, Period), with one new filter added at this level: Survey, to narrow the page down to a single survey. This filter bar applies across the whole page, and down into the Deep Dive pages below.
The Overview tab shows:
-
The Experience Score and its status
-
Four KPI cards, CSAT, CES, NPS, and JSM CSAT, so you can see which of the underlying signals is behind the composite score.
-
A Monthly Experience Score Evolution chart, so you can tell whether the score is trending in the right direction, and isolate which of CSAT, CES, NPS, or JSM CSAT is driving that movement by toggling lines on and off.
Level 2: Metric deep dive
Clicking a KPI card opens its Deep Dive page:
-
A trend chart for the metric.
-
A Score Distribution chart, showing how responses break down across the scale (for CSAT, how many respondents gave each rating from 1 to 5).
-
A Survey Question Performance table, listing every question that feeds into this metric, together with the survey it belongs to. For each question and each month, it shows the Actual Score, the Delta versus the previous period, and the Target itself. The table has its own Quarter/Month/Week toggle.
-
The Priority Matrix, for prioritizing which groups to act on first (see ).
