Problems after upgrading to Jira 10
Symptom

Solution
Check your current Confluence and Jira versions:
Access your Confluence instance and navigate to Administration > System Information to determine the exact version of Confluence
For Jira, verify the versions of both instances involved by navigating to Administration > System Information on each Jira instance
Consult the Atlassian compatibility matrix:
