3. Add configuration to migrated custom fields

After values are migrated, you must configure each field in Cloud. To do so, you need to

1. Start creating data source

2. Adding a configuration to the migrated fields

1. Data sources configuration

In Elements Connect Cloud, under Data sources

Configure the data source connections you will need for your fields.

2. Connected custom fields configuration

In Elements Connect Cloud, under Migration >> Migrated custom fields

For each field:

1. Click the menu

2. Select Add configuration

When adding configuration, define:

• The Data source

• Whether the field is:

  • Select list

  • Read-only

• How it fetches data from the external source. See 1 - Fetch data from data source

• How data is displayed. See Template guide
