Before activating, review your survey summary: name, number of questions, schedule, and Survey ID. The survey can still be edited at this stage as long as no responses have been collected.
Click Activate survey to generate a unique survey URL. This URL is what you will use to distribute the survey via JSM Automation or directly in work items.
ℹ️ Activating the survey does not send it to anyone. No responses will be collected until automation is configured in the next step.
