Changes
Forge app version
App editions:
Application is now available under Standard & Advanced edition. Check documentation for more information about Advanced capabilities. Your current edition is displayed in Settings tab.
A new recipes counter is now displayed on the recipe list page, showing the number of active local and remote recipes.
New features:
Field mapping in remote recipes: single select list fields can now be mapped to radio button fields.
Terminology update:
“Project” has been renamed to “Space” in the app UI to align with recent Atlassian terminology changes.
9.2.0
New features:
New option added in Triggers → Customize recipe availability: you can now trigger available recipes directly in the work item view (just below Description fields).
Technical update:
Migration to Atlassian Forge completed.
The option Customize recipe availability -> Work item action menu is temporarily unavailable due to Atlassian limitation. It will be re-enabled in recipes as soon as available on Forge Platform (planned by Atlassian for May 2026).
Comments with visibility restricted to groups or space roles are no longer synchronized by default due to Atlassian Forge limitations.
To continue syncing restricted comments, a Jira admin must complete an additional configuration.
Without this setup, restricted comments will stop syncing after the app update.
